It will finally show the desktop after rebooting automatically for 4-5 times. You may try to open the browser and then a website but the same incident will occur again. It repeatedly restarts after varied periods of time. It eventually stops connecting altogether because it keeps restarting.

As we’ve explained earlier, the most probable cause of this rebooting issue is improper or inadequate power supply. So, it should be the first thing you should check into.
Don’t use unofficial power supplies as they are often incorrectly specified, meaning they don’t provide the correct amount of power that they are specified for.
As the Pi3 is a one-board PC, it doesn’t come with a fan or cooler. But it doesn’t mean that you don’t need one. Overheating is another cause of continuous rebooting of Raspberry Pi3.
So, use a cooling fan alongside your Raspberry Pi3, especially if you are not using that in an air-conditioned room.
